Overcome your fear

In case we are fearful.


Fear is the worst enemy of a person. It doesn’t let you sleep. It doesn’t let you work. It doesn’t let you do anything. You’re in extreme condition all the time. The best way to overcome fear is to face it. Yes. Go ahead and face it. By then only you’ll overcome it. Whatever kind of fear you have. You can overcome it by facing it. If you are fearful of heights, go and climb the mountain or anything which is at a height. Keep going up and coming down almost every day or whenever you have time until you become fearless. If you do so, it’ll change into a habit and fear will go away forever. Remember, whatever kind of fear you have whether it is Public speaking, English speaking, facing interview, etc. Just go ahead and do it if you want to remove your fear. Fear is nothing but a creation of your own mind. It could be due to an incident that might have taken place at some point of time. As a result, your sub conscious mind got it and believed it. It also happens in case you have developed a wrong belief about something. You might have heard something wrong about it, and you started believing it or it could be circumstantial, which might have occurred due to adverse conditions in life such as financial losses, etc. In case it is a creation of your own mind, then go ahead and face it. In case of circumstantial, which might have occurred due to certain unavoidable conditions, you need to think over it.
In case you’re not able have control over your emotions because you are afraid of the outcome that may take place due to that. Be mentally prepared for that. Think of the worst that could happen in case you’ve decided to face it. The worst fear could be losing someone if you’re in a relationship, or it could be financial losses or it could be losing image in the eye of your own people, it could be anything, whatever is important to you. Under any of the above circumstances, it’s not so easy to decide whether to face it or avoid it. It’s a very common thing. We are human beings and we love to be respected or to stay very close to loved ones, we don’t want to lose anything which means a lot to us. The question here is; then, what to do? The answer to this question is; it totally depends on your gut feeling. If you’re kind of a person who went ahead and got the operation done in case of a wound, then go ahead and get it cured or else feel the pain every day until it gets converted into cancer. Then you might not have a chance to get it cured once it has grown up as cancer. What I am trying to say here is; it’s completely your take. If you are stuck in a kind of problem, which is surely to come today or tomorrow, let’s face it today and get rid of it forever. You can do this by thinking of the worst and by accepting it mentally so that you won’t get a heart attack or be shocked in case that happens the worst happens to you.

Fear is the worst enemy of all, so kill it before it kills you.

Decide to be happy

Happiness has no price and no definition as such. People go to a laughter club just to release their stress and try to be happy. However, this doesn’t help keep them happy always not even for the entire day. The happiness comes from within. You might have experienced a person around you who doesn’t worry about anything and always look happy. Does that mean that he has all the best things of this world? Does that mean that he doesn’t need anything to live? Does that mean that he doesn’t have longings for anything else? It simply means that he has decided to be happy. It means that he is in a habit of being happy. Yes. You have to DECIDE TO BE HAPPY. You have to CHOOSE TO REMAIN HAPPY. You have to DEVELOP A HABIT TO REMAIN HAPPY. Anything can be achieved by developing a habit and if we decide to achieve that. Try this. Try to think of yourself as a comedy character like the famous Mr. Bean when you are alone. Watch his video. Copy him. Try to copy his body language, his expression almost everything you can. It sounds a little childish.  However, who in the entire worlds is happier than a child. Sometimes you have to act childish to remain happy or to take your mind in that happy state. If you find it difficult to do, try this. Think of a child you love the most whenever you feel sad or play some music, watch your favourite movie clips on your laptop or mobile. Do whatever it takes for you to remain happy. To summarise, the first step is DECIDE TO BE HAPPY and the second step is DEVELOP A HABIT TO REMAIN HAPPY by following those simple small steps.
