The first step to get something is to give something. If you aren't a good giver, you can't be a good receiver. If you want to be blessed, start blessing others. If you want to have a good amount of respect, start respecting others. Whatever you give that comes back to you in an increased amount. A person who has reached the top, they have understood it well.
Remember: You can only receive if you give.
Leadership cannot be taught. I believe every person is a leader provided he/she is interested in taking responsibilities, accepting challenges and is ready to go for some extra miles. To show leadership quality or to become a leader, you do not need to be at the top rather to reach the top you need to show leadership quality in each and everything you do. No matter what you are doing, or wherever you are!
