Leaders: Learning is a process. We must keep learning for our growth.

Leaders: Leaders believe in a philosophy “action speaks louder than words.”
Losers: When losers are given responsibilities. They say ‘Why me?’
Leaders: When leaders are given responsibilities. They accept it whole heartedly?’
Losers: Losers don’t believe in ‘a journey of thousands miles starts with single step’.
Leaders: Leaders watch every step and plan it in advance.
Losers: Losers say there is nothing but problems.
Leaders: Leaders say there is no problem at all when there is a problem.
Losers: Losers take challenges as burden.
Leaders: Leaders take it as an adventure.
Losers: Losers lose their hope in adverse condition.
Leaders: Leaders take it as an opportunity.
Losers: Losers feel dishearten when things don’t work.
Leaders: Leaders try to find ways when things don’t work.
Losers: Losers try to keep their ideas to themselves and don’t discuss it at all.
Leaders: Leaders believe in discussing new ideas.
Losers: Losers don’t appreciate the creative work or new idea. They feel that it won’t work.
Leaders: Leaders go ahead and try to do a new thing. They are creators.
Losers: They believe in remaining a follower or a competitor for their whole life.
Leaders: Leaders are creators.
